Catcher, Inc. To Acquire Vivato Networks, Inc.

 Combination to Create Best in Class Mobile Platforms for Ruggedized Computing and Communications with Infrastructure Supporting Wireless Mobility

LEESBURG, VA, - September 25, 2007 - Catcher Holdings, Inc., (OTCBB:CTHH.OB), (www.catcherinc.com), a leader in ruggedized,  portable handheld computing  platforms for security applications, first responders, and field personnel, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the common stock of Vivato Networks, Inc. (www.vivato.com) for 2,500,000 shares of Catcher's common stock. The acquisition is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2007. Vivato Networks is a provider of extended-range wireless network infrastructure equipment and services.

The new company will deliver extended range, wireless network infrastructure and multi-functional client platforms combined with standards-based solutions to the global mobile workforce. Combining the capabilities of both companies will provide synergies, yielding a systems level approach, addressing multiple market segments with mobile computing, communications and application solutions. Customers in a wide range of markets  including military, homeland security, integrated public safety, municipal, transportation and logistics will benefit from true systems level solutions, addressing the most harsh and demanding mobile application environments.

The acquisition combines Catcher’s patented real-time computing and communication platforms with Vivato Networks’ extended reach WiFi base-station technology, using Vivato’s patented packet steering, phased array technology. The new company will deliver aggregated, standards-based solutions addressing technology requirements where ruggedized, mobile computing devices and high-speed network connectivity are needed.

The closing of the acquisition is subject to a number of conditions, including completion by Catcher of certain due diligence items and the obtaining of all required governmental and third party consents.
